Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, on unused tasbih in their original gift box. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.
To start a return, email hello@ritualamber.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label for EU orders, and a discounted return rate for orders outside the EU.
Customs & Duties
Orders to Turkey, UAE, KSA and other non-EU destinations may be subject to local import duties, payable by the recipient. We declare the exact purchase value on every shipment.
